Come over to Labyrinth Friday 4 October to listen to a live accoustic set of R&B, Gospel and Jazz Styles performed by Los-Angeles based musician and producer Wil Key.
Wil Key’s soulful voice and original compositions are a unique blend of R&B, Gospel, Hip-Hop and Jazz styles. His current CD project – aptly titled Globetrotter (Side A) – is his fourth studio album and is the culmination of songs written and recorded over the course of four years traveling abroad. The album made the official Grammy ballot for Best Urban Contemporary Album (2018).
Each song on Globetrotter was written and/or recorded in a different country and features an amazing line-up of talent. He is in Europe this fall to record the follow up project entitled Globetrotter (Side B), set to be released in early 2020. Wil Key will bring you a special set of live songs from this album at Labyrinth on Friday 4 October.
