Labyrinth Poetry Night

Labyrinth Amsterdam opens its doors to an intimate evening of poetry and stories told by artists who carry the spirit of resistance in their bones. It’s been twenty months of live-streamed ethnic cleansing in the Occupied Palestinian Territories, not to mention underreported, humanitarian catastrophes targeting people in the millions in Sudan and the Congo, among others. 

We will come together on June 29 with the belief that injustice anywhere is injustice everywhere.. We carry the torch for our siblings near and far. Poetry uplifts the spirit and stories have the power to inspire and renew our commitment to the liberation of all oppressed peoples, no matter how tortuous the road and how long it takes.

First time visiting Labyrinth Poetry Night?  Please read the info below. 

Enter Labyrinth between 6:00-7:00PM ( first come first choice, to get best seats (not all directly face the stage) and it will help us, as we can’t serve everybody at once. Through out the night you can enjoy our African/Caribbean dishes and unique handcrafted (alcohol free) cocktails. Artists are supported through the ticket sales. Our kitchen closes around 21:00. The evening will be hosted in English, other languages might be used for the performances.
