Labyrinth Poetry Night

We are warmly welcoming you to Labyrinth Poetry Night: How the light gets in on Sunday 29 September. “There’s a crack in everything, that’s how the light gets in” Leonard Cohen famously sang.

This evening is about what happens when the crack is so deep it cuts through everything one holds as true. It’s about a body that breaks, a mind that seems to falter. It’s about light and darkness. The healing journey, as it were.

You’re invited to a night of poetry, music & stories on Sunday 29 September at Labyrinth Amsterdam, a warm home for those looking for community spirit & connection. And where you will be able to taste Sam’s handcrafted cocktails and Reggae Rita’s Caribbean food.

This evening is curated and hosted by @AnabringsJoy, the line up of artists will soon be announced.

FAQ/Practicalities
Labyrinth opens doors at 6pm, you can make your entrance until 7pm, so we can offer good service before the poetry night starts around 7:30pm. First to arrive get the preferred spots, as not all tables look directly out at the stage.

Tickets are 9.50 euro a person, and revenue goes to the artists. There are a limited number of places available. Obtain your ticket/reservation via the reservation button on this website  Full = Full.

Drinks and food can be ordered throughout the night, but note that the kitchen closes around 9:00pm.

We would like to have an attentive audience, so groups bigger than 6 persons are not accepted.

The evening will mostly take part in English.
